   That's exactly what the "Languages in picker" setting does in Settings > Compose!

     Hey, @apps, it's great that you let me post in a hundred languages, but the vast majority of people post in 1 to 5 languages, and it's a major pain in the ass to have to scroll through dozens of languages to find one of the two languages I post in. Let me choose my main languages in the settings, please.
