   I am 40 or 50 years old and

   ...what is "mogging on other men" ... if it's gross I don't want to know. Just please tell me "it's gross" that's enough. But if it's not gross can someone explain?

     The fastest way to get kids to stop using some neologism or some annoying meme is to try to get in on it and be a REAL cornball about it.

     I learned a bunch of "6 7" jokes to just this end and that number has never troubled me since.

     @futurebird I'm going to go with the prescriptivist "it has no meaning and can be safely ignored," which serves me well with so much new usage.

     Yes, I read the other replies and I'll concede that some people say it and others hear it and interpret it in the intended way, but I feel safe rejecting and/or ignoring it, as appropriate, and I invite you to join me. If we ignore it long enough, it might go away.
