     this star trek game looks like one I recall having played on a green terminal some 30 years ago. what's its name? is it free software? I have often recalled it and wished I could play it again, but I didn't know how to look for it

     This snapshot has some nostalgic factor too. Typically I play with languages, but screen sized incomplete code snippets are less fun.

     @yeti I've got a "DEC Terminal Modern" font that was converted to TrueType from bitmaps read from a VT220 ROM and adjusted to mimic the "dot stretching" the terminals used. It does not, however, fake the scanlines like this one does.

     The font doesn't scale well but in its original size or integer multiples thereof sure has charm and triggers memories.
