   @valen1 Yes, that can be done. Google/search 'linux full install persistence' and you'll find several pages with instructions.

     @lxer Oh. This is just to make bootable USB for an ISO.

     I was hoping for something that makes a bootable USB linux system with durable storage. So I can boot a USB, use it as a full system, and save files and config *on the USB* so when I boot it on a different computer the changes are there on the USB. Anyone know of something like that?
