   @libreleah Hey there, Leah! Any chance to pick up a Libreboot T480 from you in/around London?

   I'll be taking my daughter over to London for her 1st time sightseeing around Easter and I'd love to buy a Libreboot from you.

   Of course, I'll still consider buying the Libreboot if pickup in London won't be possible - I'd just like to avoid the shipping costs.

     @tbaldauf I prefer not to do in-person meets, though it could maybe work. I prefer to ship in the mail though. Better email me. I'm working all month to ship all my orders (busy month!) before FOSDEM.

     Better I just send it in the mail tbh. It won't matter much to your cost; 35 GBP shipping to the EU, versus 15 GBP to the UK. and if you picked it up in the UK, I'd charge you 20% UK VAT anyway (if shipping to the EU, it's 0% UK VAT and then you get charged your own country's VAT which is similar)

     @tbaldauf i guess you live in German. Germany actually has a lower rate of VAT than the UK. this combined with the shipping cost means your overall cost is probably about the same anyway.
