This is George doing what he does best, taking an afternoon nap out in the yard. This is one of his favored spots, a bench I made from a couple of the old pillars from Fernbridge. When I put them there in 2017, they were about 15 feet from the creek. They are now slowly sinking into the creek along with the rest of the bank. Who knows, thousands of years from now maybe some archeologist will dig them up from under 20 feet of mud and will spend his afternoon pondering how a part of Fernbridge ended so far upstream on a tributary.
