     My guess: X seems to have issues every payday.

     I think X's algorithm has trouble resetting the revenue sharing tracking since they moved to their new datacenter last month.

     They spread the workload out over the course of the day based on geographic location to fix it, but I think this is the third payday in a row that it has crashed.
