   Pet peeve: Enabling stem darkening emboldens fonts a little, and makes them look slightly nicer. The problem is that it seems that Chrome/Electron apps don't follow this. Neither does firefox.

     @gray we'll see. I can't get firefox > 140 because of Gentoo libraries I'm not comfortable setting to unstable. Nice to know there's improvements. I'm more hyped for either Kagi's Orion or Gnome Web getting good enough for daily driving.

     @mischievoustomato firefox 147 got a bunch of fixes for xdg stuff I don't know if that makes a difference.
