   Because he is a narcissistic rat, descending into dementia, and fomenting chaos is his way of distracting the US people: "Look here, look there, but don't look straight ahead. Don't notice that I am destroying the US, while trying to take over the world. It's mine, it's mine, it's all mine!!!"

   The Epstein files detail the involvement of (mostly) men from many countries. (See Andrew Whats-his-name) There are others who would like to remain unnamed.

     Sure they care, but why do you people keep bringing this up every single time Trump starts talking about invading another country as if it is relevant. I am extremely doubtful that anyone in the US administration is going to face justice for the files regardless of whether or not they are released. The files being released is also unlikely to be change trumps territorial and imperial ambitions.
