     @sickburnbro Isn't the institutional investor ownership of single-family homes like 1-2% of the total? Banning them isn't going to do much if anything.

     @Forgetful_Gynn that's the way it appears, yeah. Who knows if they are playing games. But the point I was making is that both sides saying that this is what they want isn't bad for normal americans.
