   I find it interesting that there's loads of people who made a core part of their identity campaigning against trans men being in women's spaces and how it impacts women, who have gone completely silent about Grok being used to undress and brutalise women.

     If you're wondering what consequences X has faced: none. At all. A few months ago when Grok called itself MechaHitler, the service was shut entirely for days, the same day. When this happened, Elon laughed.

     Grok is still outputting non-consensual deepfake pornography and sexual abuse material at a rate of 1 post per second. Example search:

     Wired has a look at videos created on Grok. Includes knives being inserted into vaginas, “very young” people having sex. Around 10% are CSAM and still online. xAI declined to comment.

     I thought there was a law against deepfakes already.

     Reporting to X isn't the best step because they don't care.

     What you can do is sue X and make sure the ones posting it go to jail for a long time.

     The only way to stop deepfakes is by making it a crime and forcing AI companies to moderate the creation of deepfakes to begin with.

     And Grok is absolutely not the only AI service that makes deepfakes easy.

     You can even run a local cluster that moderates even less or not at all.

     So now that Grok is keeping Deepfakes behind a paywall, when are they going after Gemini and ChatGPT, who when presented with the right prompt will gladly undress a uploaded photo, except for free.

     The international laws against deepfakes will have to be made first and force any AI to stop doing it.

     Because right now, Gen AI can also be ran locally, and easily without any restriction.

     You can't win this with just hating on Elon Musk. There's so much more to this.

     Also, you can still undress women on Grok withy the free account. It's all just a hate campaign against Elon Musk because he's a public figure people hate.

     Who is the public figure of Google/Gemini. If there even is any.

     But nobody cares about "the poor women who get undressed".

     It's just "I have leverage to hate on Musk now" under the guise of sexual abuse.

     Children is a scary topic, I agree, Gemini and especially ChatGPT will know when a minor is involved and say that it's a minor.

     That doesn't mean my reply is "bollocks". Gen AI everywhere still needs to stop allowing deepfakes and at least of sexual or provocative nature.

     AI can easily moderate this.

     I asked Cisco why it is directly funding an AI tool being used to non-consensual undress and brutalise women and children, having this week invested in xAI. They replied No comment.

     I have a list of other cybersecurity providers invested in xAI, I am working my way through those and plan to feature the key staff members involved in a write up.

     X has finally climbed down over Grok generating non-consensual undressing, after many of the major regulators got involved.

     I’d strongly recommend countries have robust laws and regulation in place for GenAI being used to brutalise women and minorities as ultimately the whole episode shows it’s only external pressure that will hold companies accountable, not self regulation and common sense. X basically tried to monetise incels harassing people.

     xAI have asked a court to strip the anonymity of four people suing it over Grok removing their clothing in images without their consent. One was depicted as a child in the Grok images.

     It appears to be an attempt to have them drop the case.

     Canada’s privacy commissioner has found “that X Corp and xAI violated Canada’s federal private sector privacy law by launching the Grok AI-powered image generation tool without implementing appropriate safeguards at the outset”.

     It produced “millions” of “sexualized deepfakes largely targeting women and children”.

     The company will face no financial penalty.
