      Chi Onwurah MP speaks now. Says her primary concern is the lack of scope of the bill. She warns about data breaches in the public sector and thinks the scope should include them. This has been a running theme of the debate. Government is just saying public sector doesn’t need legislation as it can just implement its own action plans.
