HEY EVERYONE AT THE #linux HASHTAG
How do you unmount a drive which filesystem entry is frozen in memory because the drive got disconnected without unmounting first?
If the cable fails or I forget to unmount I can't mount again because the OS considers the filesystem already mounted, but I can't unmount or write to it because the mountpoint isn't actually linked to the drive contents and is effectively read-only. -
