   When I was in shared housing as a uni student, we sometimes used to flip the sofas over and use quilts to make a den. We'd all get inside and drink and eat takeaways. Best fucking time of my life.

     @fesshole I lived in a group house where the landlords kept it too cold. We started putting bags of peas on thermostat to warm the place up. It worked for a long time until one of the landlords came over and saw it. :-)

     Serves them right. We asked them to adjust the timer to warm the place up in the morning when we were getting up. Instead he had it set to heat the house in the middle of the day when nobody was there.
