     I'm also well aware that I didn't mention Buddhism in ANY light, positive or negative, or suggest it was innocent, or a cure, or better than anything else.

     Organized religion in any form, following anyone has never been a panacea for humanity.

     It works for me, in my life, to make sense of things.

     @TheNovemberMan @bmacDonald94 @msbellows Buddhism, at least the non-theistic roots of the 'religion', has always seemed closer to, and to have more in common with, philosophy and psychology than it has with any religion. Modern iterations - less so - see Myanmar for example.
