   It's not just fascism that does this; it's not just someone like Trump mocking a disabled journalist.

   It is unreflective group behaviour. For example, I was recently frozen out of an activist group because I refuse to use Meta platforms. That makes me a deviant. I am perceived as a threat to the group leader because I refuse to comply.

   A reflective group can make adaptations for a disabled member, and can live with dissenting opinions, can perhaps eventually reach consensus on an issue.
