     @Terry @coolboymew @randbot At this point we don't have enough information to know if it was a mistake or on purpose.
     
     The FBI in the past 10-15 years has not inspired a lot of confidence, so it being accidental seems possible.
     
     However you could also see internal people who didn't like this sabotaging things by using something that would appear to conform to requirements but not actually redact.
     
     All I can say is that whoever made this mistake better take the next flight to Russia
