   I have tried dozens of things and can't get this fuckiing thing to output video. in the test harness by itself the chip properly outputs video. in the actual computer it outputs solid red, or black.

     I have no clue why I can get it to output a solid color but I can't extrapolate from that and get a multicolor test pattern
