Dave Wilburn :donor:I've had this nagging feeling reading about the apparently multiple near-misses involving USAF aircraft in the Caribbean. It's not just that these individual incidents happened, which is bad enough. It's also what it says about the incompetence of mission planners and air crew going into a likely war. If they can't get this sort of basic stuff figured out now, how much of an absolute shit show will it be once a shooting war starts in earnest?
