     I have fully analyzed the Telegram Group Topics feature and it is not yet ready for prime time

     It needs a few minor tweaks to improve the user experience

     • Ease of user pinning topics to the top of the Topics list
     • Topic notifications need to default to disabled
     • Topics need to be configurable to only allow posting by admins
     • Topics need to be configurable to be visible only to admins
