     customer service exists because your business has customers and you want to retain them. the legality of your business is completely irrelevant to that

     @whitequark In my experience people working outside the law spend more on customer acquisition, and want to retain their customers. They do this by ensuring customer loyalty, which includes a good product for reasonable market rates, and better service that most of the companies operating within the law, who often try screw you over any chance they can
