     @whitequark Unfortunately I have had way more success there than on other social media. I hat dit but it sure is effective

     I find that it is way easier to game than bsky is and twitter was which is honestly kind of fun to exploit

     @whitequark Hard to define I guess, but it seems like my posts reach a much broader circle than anywhere else. And more industry people than what I can get to on fedi/bsky

     In the fossil space I seem to also have made a name for myself as the "LinkedIn hot take poster" in addition to the Surfer guy :D

     Not entirely sure how I feel about that particular title, but still

     @whitequark@mastodon.social I feel like for posting it's kinda hopeless? From time to time I look at the feed and only feel despair, the only use I have for it is the job listings because nothing else is really viable locally
