   Thieves have figured out that museums have more valuables than a bank and less security than a grocery store.

   The Louvre, the UK’s Bristol Museum and now a Brazilian library have all been hit by brazen thefts of priceless artwork. It’s open season on museums at a time when funding for museums is in decline worldwide.
