     We should call importing labor "insourcing". What seems to be occurring in part is that the government is trying to curb outsourcing jobs by importing the labor to whom the jobs would be outsourced.

     Good point. I can see why they would want to do that, because then in theory the labor is under their control, but we are not going to defeat China with an army of Mexicans and Muslims.
