   Spotify wrapped has told me I have listened to 4,388 minutes of podcasts in 2025. But I only put a podcast on to aid a mid-afternoon nap when I work from home, meaning I have been paid to nap for two weeks in 2025.

     @fesshole this are 73 hours, given you are working 5 days a week and have maybe 10 days regular holidays like thanksgiving Christmas and similar, you worked about 240 days , then if you have a regular afternoon pause of 45 you have taken about 30 minutes to nap in your pause, it’s not a confession, it’s your right to make with this time whatever you want. However maybe I don’t understand the point.
