   Still thinking about that one cis woman at the bar who wanted to cheers with us for my fifth traniversary (five years on HRT).

   So, being Rayne, I raised my glass, and said something about how the last five years has been a miserable ass experience filled with lots of pain, sorrow, and shit-eating, with only short and fleeting moments of joy. Then I said it's better than the alternative and here's to another 5.

   The woman, appalled was like, "It wasn't *that* bad, right?"

   Casually, I replied, "yeah, it really was"

   We all drank and the woman, weirded out, went her separate ways.

   I realized shortly after that I had my arm around human girlfriend this whole time and she probably thought I was talking about mine and hers 5th anniversary lolol
