   One positive thing that's come out of the AI con is drawing clear lines and showing folks who do care about the technology we use and how it relates to our humanity something important:

   That the tech bro contingent is not on our side and can't be trusted as stewards of the software we depend on.

     Like, this was obvious to those of us close enough to it for a long time, but anyone not in or adjacent to the industry could easily be forgiven for not seeing it.

     Now, it's abundantly clear to a much wider audience.
