     I had a hard day...listening to my son fight back tears on a three hour car ride home, after him spending a week with his gf that has been studying in Scotland...only to be met with a this is working out text when he landed...that ruined my day

     Tbh.... and I know it's hard. Been there. But a woman who wants to be with a man doesn't leave him and vice versa. My wife moved with me out of state and away from her family when I went to Law School, and I wouldn't have left if she didn't come. Any other arrangement would have signaled that something else took precedent over the relationship.
