Trump can’t even have a guy shot in international waters off the coast of South America, let alone on Fifth Avenue.
(Okay, okay, so he & his toadies had multiple people murdered on the high seas because LOL YOLO MAGA. But the mere hint that he might suffer any fucking consequences, even merely reputational/political ones, feels like a seismic shift.)
