     Belgium has a king for some reason. The most important word of the sentence being 'a'. I don't feel like I can be bothered to think about him beyond that. He is actually kinda-ish attractive for a man of his age but that's all I can really say about him?

     Austria, obvi. Kind of we have Vaclav Havel at home, but meh. The official portrait is very Austrian. Are you even Austrian if you don't try to look like that. It gives me bit of a wannabe Serbian gangster and a 90's discoband going into politics. Which is kind of how I feel about Austria, weirdly enough.

     Hungary also has a president you probably never heard about and kinda doesn't matter. His wikipedia portrait looks like a perv from a libertarian party. He may as well be. But I find that funny so that's worth 5/10.

     Had higher hopes for Eesti but this current right wing nordic wave is not doing them great. He gets 4/10 for the stern look and yeah he is a scientist, so I can see where the thick glasses are coming from. You know what, it's Eesti, they can have 5/10.

     Danish king doesn't look very kingly? I can't help myself not to think he is a comedian in a silly costume. I don't know. He needs to get more serious and consider different facial hair. Still gets 6/10 as he is kind of attractive for his age, but changes are needed.

     Is this a ghost or a president. There is some potential and I rate according to age, but he really gives an aged professor of law (which he is) vibe even from the picture (never heard of him, never really cared about portugal before). I will go with... uh, 3/10. Not what I was looking for.

     Countries were omitted because they are not really important (Monaco?), they have weird leaderships and constitutions (Bosnia and Herzegovina) or, surprisingly VERY FEW, because their heads are women. Or because they are headed by a poop (you know which one).

     I don't know where to go here. He is, honestly, not a 10 material, especially considering he is just very short. But also I kinda want to give it to him. And I do remember listening to so many of his speeches and it still gives me some hope. Genuinely. I will give him 10/10.
