Trop bien : Des fabricants de PC (HP, Dell) ont désactivé l'encodage/décodage matériel de HEVC (H265) dans leurs ordinateurs bien que ces derniers possèdent un CPU parfaitement capable de le faire.
On les soupçonne de vouloir rogner sur les coûts, car la licence HEVC coûte plusieurs millions de dollars par an.
