Get your flu (and COVID) vaccination!

You may have seen headlines that this year's flu virus isn't a great match for the 2025 vaccine. This has led some to think they do not need to get vaccinated. This is wrong. As one expert notes, “If there’s ever a year to get a flu vaccine, this is the year.” Many fear that this year's flu season could be particularly severe, with the UK, Japan, and Korea already experiencing a very early and severe wave of influenza.
