   Wild and impressive the NTSB could narrow this down. The instigating failure leading to the Francis Scott Key bridge collapse was a label on a wire too close to the end going into the terminal block. https://www.ntsb.gov/news/press-releases/Pages/NR20251118.aspx

     @alec Saving this as a metaphor for all kinds of situations where branding or labeling is stuck in places where it interferes with function by someone whose job is criminally unaware of function.
