I'm watching the old movie "Game Change" again, and at the 52 minute mark you can see her handlers realize Sarah Palin doesn't know shit about shit. They end up deciding, since she's a good actor, to feed her lines to memorize.

The absolute absurdity of this, that a person who could be one heartbeat away from the presidency doesn't know, for example, that the Queen of England doesn't hold any actual power, is hilarious. Not to mention the political wranglers and fixers who are stuck with her and trying to make it work.

We really are in the most ridiculous timeline, and it well predates Trump.
