     I bought a fairly expensive sampler that was woefully unfinished and broken, and they try to update everyone about it via Discord. Un. Fricking. Real.

     @alisynthesis @killyourfm I have been at software companies where nobody would document because they can "just search Slack". I hate it. And Discord is just way too overwhelming to begin with!
