     It really depends. The open part of the property generally, nearly always no. Skirting around a residence, usually yes.

     Yeah, there's warrants and shit required for surveiling any private property. I'm sure there's a lot of loopholes and grey areas that the jews incorporated into the law to have plausible deniability such as "the area has experienced significant drug trafficking" and "just 'avin an aerial look-see of the general area, nothing in specific" 😏

     I know in Phoenix you can set a ladder up and look in somebody's yard and complain about the mess.
     Drones change the dynamic of "visible from beyond the property"

     Shit, if you can hit it with a beer bottle it's flying way too low anyway, especially if it's flying over private property.
