Snap didn't run out during previous shutdowns, just like it didn't run out this time.
Trump / Republicans are refusing to spend money they were told to by law. They're doing this to hold 1/8 of the country's food hostage, in order to force Democrats to sign off on Republicans stealing your health care.
They're breaking the law to steal funds from hungry kids and give them to their corrupt buddies/ thugs who will crack down on hungry people if they riot for the food they're legally entitled to
