   @EndicottAuthor @KimPerales No. As I understand it, the judge blocked ICE, but they kidnapped and rendered him for torture anyway.

     A fed judge🚨blocked #ICE from deporting CS while he challenged his arrest & detention,💔but he was put on a plane for Laos the next day.

     “This should shock the nation" -N Ahmed, ACLU legal dir of LA, *represents Souvannarath in court.🚨“Deportation of an indiv with a sub claim to US citizshp reps a catastr failure of the IMM system & a flagrant violation of CON #rights.” His legal team is now "exploring all legal options” for his return.
