I have a gut feeling that Trump's demolition of the East Wing to build a ballroom will be a major political liability that ironically will blowback harder than many of his other horrific actions. The image of the White House being torn to shreds by heavy equipment is extremely tangible, specific, and unforgettable. Watch and see.

@lauren It was the lead story on the NBC nightly news tonight. Last I checked, each of the nightly broadcast news shows gets about 7 million viewers a night. Sooner are later others will connect that Flight 93 reference, because it is awful to think the brave people on Flight 93 wasted their lives to save the White House, only to have the mouthpiece of the Federalist Society, Supreme Court, & Heritage Foundation destroy the White House anyway.
