My fellow admins will probably lok sideways at me for saying this, but one of the things I genuinely love about the Fediverse is that sometimes servers just temporarily go down.

It's a reminder that infrastructure doesn't just happen. If someone is enjoying playing with their kids, or eating dinner, or reading a book or whatever instead of maintaining five nines so we can post about doing those things ...that's Good, Actually.
