     Wouldn't the best and safest way to advocate against chat control be to defund/leave any organization that did advocate for it in the first place?

     Because...
     The way I see it, staying in an organization that wants to push fascistic laws just because they didn't do it yet, and saying that we will stay in the said organization even if they pass said law tells me, that you're not against fascism at all. It sounds more like you are just against switching to it faster, then the rest of EU is ready to.

     @LukeAlmighty Given that it's the national governments where the core of the problem lies, what you're suggesting is to abandon Member States.
