     @admin @p @alex announcements aren't fully flushed out in rebased yet. support exists but the function isn't finished. it is supported on mastodon servers tho

     Would you find it helpful if I submitted a commit for the creation of announcements in Rebased or has someone already started that? If not, any pointers would be appreciated

     @admin @alex @p you can insert a notification for every user in the database but I won’t be the one to encourage you to do anything in your database beyond maintenance
