     Do we have any quantified idea of how much January 19, 2038, at 03:14:07 UTC will matter?

     Who all does still encode a date/time stamp into 31-bits of Signed Ints these days, rather than 32 or 63 or 64?

     I don’t think I’ve worked with 31 bit stamps since like 2008? I guess lots of us are not so lucky?
