   I'm at the computer in the dining room. No particular reason except Bob was working on it. He turned on #AllStarTrek, so I'm watching that. I'm kind of tired, overtired, really, but I don't want to go to bed right now. Still, that is an option I'm pondering.

     I've had that myself lately. No energy in the evenings. Maybe bed and some chill music would do the trick?

     Insomnia? Not something I really have much familiarity with, but maybe bed & Trek would be the ticket. Something for your mind to play with, and drift off into the world.

     @lxskllr Complicating things is no matter what I do I have to take scheduled meds, so I can't just sleep whenever or as long as I want. And I've gotta be up early for labwork tomorrow.

     @lxskllr @Fragglemuppet I have TNG on my Plex server, and it allows my to “shuffle.” So I often start a random episode to fall asleep to. TNG is comforting for me.
