   Anyone got any tips to make #curry thicker (like a sauce instead of a soup)? Is it just a matter of adding less water? (For the record I cooked the beef then have the broth + curry slow cooked for 2 hours...)

   (Yes, I know putting #pasta in a curry #soup does not look very holy, but there it is...)

     @austin I would say maybe corn or potato starch? Not a cook, just know it thickens stuff, lol.
