   With the Administrations firing of researchers, ending of research contracts, and arrest and deportation of even lawful immigrant scientists, we're rapidly approaching the time when the USA's best won't be able to reinvent a wheel.

     If the USA builds a feasible Fusion Reactor, then they will only share it with a few 'Friendly' countries at a very Heavy Fee with exclusive control.

     However, in today's Globalized & Connected world, it is impossible to contain any breakthrough tech forever. Eventually, every country will get it
