     I tried to embed and I tried copying the link and neither method worked.

     @feditips I've been trying to figure out the difference between the buttons. I know the arrows means boost which reposts the toot and spreads it to more people. Then there's the favourite and bookmark button and I'm not sure what they do.

     @feditips Hi, need some help. What is the escape character here? If I wanted to type the text to represent an emoji, how would I escape the colons to stop it turning into the emoji?
