   Guys. I was driving home. I saw a man enter the ramp onto I-45 in a WHEELCHAIR. A fucking wheelchair! And not an electric one either. A hand wheelchair! He was cranking his arms to enter the ramp (and going pretty fast, too). Not on the shoulder either, he was in the middle of the road! I’m stunned. I know what I saw.
