   @troubledturtle Bullet proof armor under his shirt. Had to be. The assasin was trying to aim for the heart not the neck.
   
   The round ricochet into his neck and stick into his head in process.

     That could make sense given his reaction. He goes down because the compression of the vest knocks the wind out of him. The blood is the result of the ricochet. So where would the shooter have been to cause a ricochet at that angle? To the side, not in front. And looking at the video, that looks like where the bullet originated.

     @Humpleupagus @troubledturtle A friend of mine from work showed me a video of a silhouette of the shooter running from a top buildimg after the shooting; by a zoomed camera.
     
     The shooter some how got on top of a building. This has to be an inside job. I smell fed or mossad involved.

     @Humpleupagus @troubledturtle Right. And the fact it was a vertical impact to the neck means it probably entered the skull.
     
     If it was an angled neck shot he probably be holdn his neck. Not all neck shots are kill shots.
     
     Like you said. Firs shot knock the wind out of him. Second, severed his jugular esophagus, cutting blood flow and oxygen. 3rd he limped over because the bullet mightve entered his skull and didnt exit out.
     
     Ive seen a lot of different combat videos, footage, Killcams, and otrr stuff over the years. Including cop cams, charlue didg stand a chance. That was a kill shot.
