    How I defeated node_modules with the power of love

    Chapter 1, the power of love.

    The first step of my journey was realising that it is impossible to defeat node_modules with the power of love.

    Chapter 2, the power of incredible violence

      @jessew To give node the fair shake it deserves: It's an interesting concept! Taking Javascript to the back-end certainly reduces the count of langs to have to intimately know for full-stack work by one, and that's an enticing offer to put on the table!

      ...... But it requires all of the third-party module devs to step up to the plate and document their APIs thoroughly enough to be usable without wasting unnecessary time on manual API discovery because node doesn't have an extensive corelib. >:(

      @jessew How to defeat node_modules:

      Do not use node_modules. :)

      (This is meant to be a joke. I bounced pretty hard off node.js because the documentation situation amongst node modules is so atrocious I can't get anything done, and my free time and cognitive effort as a hobbyist are far too valuable to waste on shit docs, so I stick with Python.)
